I customize each client engagement by first identifying and evaluating all possible online customer "touch-points". Then bring together the most appropriate marketing tactics and execution teams to support long-term business success. This includes the creation of synergies with other business initiatives and strategies (i.e., PR, web development and content, product strategy, biz development) in measurable and quantifiable terms. Specific tactics include: Search Engine Marketing (Organic and PPC); Retention-Based Email Marketing; Viral PR & Guerilla Marketing; Online Influencer Outreach / Relationship Development; Media Planning & Buying; Site Usability Assessment & Optimization; and Site Development

…almost close to 5,000 fans after a year of launch and managment…
ShoreBank is a fantastic institution and a model for other banks in incorporating triple-bottom-line philosophy and transparency. We’ve been driving the extension of this philosophy within social media environments. It’s been a lot of fun.

Hey All - I’ve been in the trenches these last few months developing marketing strategy for InnerRewards.com, a fullscale lifestyle platform incorporating community, content and ecommerce all within the wellness space. We have a Coming Soon page up now and will be launching into private beta in the next few weeks. Check it out.
Last week at ad:tech we won this year’s limelight award in the catagory of best social media marketing campaign, for the work we’ve been doing for Wacom. If you have the patience to navigate through the horrible microsite ad:tech pulled together, you’ll see us in there.
You can also check out the press release we just sent out for more detail. The post after this one provides a snippet from our nomination entry form.

We’ve been so pleased with the results of our Facebook campaign for Wacom’s Bamboo that we’ve submitted the results as a potential nominee to ad:tech Awards under the Best Social Media Category. Here’s a tidbit from the submission:
What is it?
…A fully integrated online word-of-mouth campaign all within the Facebook environ as means to launch the Bamboo pen tablet…
Objectives:
…build awareness for the brand, educate as to the value of the product and influence purchase…Central to this became Wacom’s partnership with Graffiti, an extremely popular graffiti drawing tool with over 7 million Facebook users and one of the largest third-party Facebook apps today.
Describe Results:
We organized 3 graffiti contests with Graffiti and…the contests in sum acquired over 10,000 graffiti submissions and over 1.5 mil individual votes, potentially the largest contest run to date via a third party Facebook app….the Bamboo by Wacom Facebook page has over 3,200 subscribed fans (endorsing Bamboo to their friend’s list), and growing every day. The product page has achieved since launch an avg of 1,000 visits / day, 100’s of photo views and video plays / day, solidifying an engaged community among those who own and those who are seeking info on Bamboo.
